In life you can't always be on one side alone. In order for you to grow, you need to explore and experience the good and bad moments of it.

There will be many challenges you would encounter which will either make you strong or leave you feeling damaged. Whatever it is, choose to embrace what God has given you. 

Everything happens for a reason whether it's in favor of your situation or not. You are in a world where everyone is constantly changing their behaviors. Everyone is struggling to fit in because their life became astray as days went by. 

Tragic happenings and unexpected events do wonders in your lives. Sometimes they serve as a lesson for you to ponder on. . What matters is the process and  life  experiences  you have witnessed. 

Find Strength In God 

Isaiah 40:31 declares, "But those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not faint."

Things that are damaged may not go back to normal, but God wants you to have the strength to believe that He will bring you hope and redemption. No matter how heavy the burdens of your life are, you are still deserving of God's love. You are worth it and you are chosen to serve Him with all His heart despite your imperfections and wrongdoings. 

Have Patience in Everything 

The damage in your soul affects your ability to believe that you can still be healed. Learn to be patient in God's perfect time. Sometimes He still wants you to learn something from your pain, so you may be able to understand the plans He has for you. Be ready to move forward and dedicate yourself back to the Lord. 

Pain can be demanding sometimes, but it's okay if you are not prepared for it. You don't need to pretend to be strong, but allow yourself to acknowledge that it is part of life that you need to accept. Be gentle on yourself instead of thinking negatively and thinking you're not going to improve anymore. Being vulnerable is okay and acceptable in the eyes of God. Just make sure the next time you rise up you're stronger and better. 

Trust God and His Plans

God will never put you in a situation where you aren't able to make progress. Sometimes life will give you a mess for you to clean it up. Through those challenges you will appreciate security. Through pain you will appreciate comfort. It is only God's way of telling you that life would not be easy if you won't dwell on the righteousness of the Lord. 

Every damage in your life is God's preparation for you and your future. It is a practice for you to face a new beginning and be wiser than ever. 

Whatever it is that's giving you, do not let out change who you truly are. The damages that's brought by life will soon heal and create meaning for you. A damaged soul may leave a permanent scar, but always remember the goodness that lies within you. You can be bruised many times, but your inner worth can never be stolen away from you. Every broken thing can be replaced. You can choose to renew yourself or try to fix it, but always do it for the better

Never forget how wonderfully made you are as a person. Life may test your attitude and behavior, but only you can manage yourself. God is always with you through every small change and improvements you'll make. Through the process of being whole again, surround yourself with the right circle and support system. Only you hold the power to move forward. Your healing will depend on the damage caused in your life, but believe that with God, all things are possible.
